I just want to rant, i never want to fucking ever hear “Nobody wants to work” again i applied to SO MANY jobs and only 1 interview just to get ghosted. I have 4 years of experience as a lufeguard/customer service, idfk what to do at thjs point, i sont fucking get why employers are so picky
