My role with my current employer is project manager. Salaried. Long story short, I oversee construction projects. I usually have to be fairly involved with the day to day on site for things to run smoothly. My employer bids evening shift jobs and expects me to manage them. Meaning I have to be available in the evening if needed. Is this reasonable?
