I'm probably the best IT guy any company has ever had, and I don't get paid enough for it. I'm about to just say “fuck this, I'm growing pot”, I can easily get by doing that while I search for a new job as much as I've grown to hate normal jobs, but I have to plant the seeds now if I'm to harvest in time for my escape. I probably will end up working for a corporate entity once more, but I'll do so remotely with more autonomy than I have now. Might even start my own company, at some point. Either way I thought my boss would see my value, but apparently I gotta shove it down his throat.
