About a month ago I had posted in here expressing frustration stemming from workload, lack of organization, and poor pay with my current job as an aerospace engineer at a major company. I put out some applications and got an offer for a union position within 3 weeks and took it. I got a 30% raise in salary and I will be working a hybrid position and less hours. This current job absolutely took advantage of me as a student graduating in the pandemic job market. I will be starting the new one in a few months so that I can close out my current projects without screwing over my other young coworkers in the same position. The company will be getting a 2 week notice and then I am f*cking OUTTA HERE.
