So I've been going through alot of shit in my life rn and I've taken alot of days off from work. It's usually just been one day intervals and no more than once a week but still. My boss has been on me for not showing up to work even though I tell him why I wont be able to come in the day before or the day of. I'll text him, he wont respond, and then the next day he'll chew me out for not being there. How do I tell my boss that I've been going through some shit that will 100% affect the work that I do?
