Long story short: I work in a auto parts store. My other coworkers all have stools to sit on. My stool is old and covered in tape. I come to work after a few days off and my stool is gone. Nowhere to be found. Now my boss is an asshole. He's proud of his assholeness. Now does he have to get me a new chair? I'm curious what my options are. I kinda need this job but I'm in pain if I stand all day. Now my other coworkers all have stools to sit on but my boss says it's because they've been here longer than me. Now I haven't confronted him on this yet and I'm wondering how to go about it. I know HR won't be any help. Does anybody have any experience with this issue? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
