I’m 20, work with other young 20 year olds. Two of the people I work with put their whole life on display. It’s so mentally taxing coming into work having to deal with their emotional baggage of unloading all their traumas.. I mentally have to prepare for who I’m working with every day and push past my BPD just to put up with them. they think we are besties because we are simply close in age. Outside of work I have nothing in common with these mfs. They explicit talk about the guy they are fucking that week..even today they both dropped the bomb to vividly explain their rapes to each other out in the open right before a customer walked in. shook my mood right as my shift started, as I am a survivor of rape as well..I just choose not to confide in my coworkers who are actually complete strangers. Not to mention the subtle transphobic comments made when I identify as NB. That’s Oklahoma for you. I laugh and they assume it’s in agreement
