I worked at retail. All the people that were nice either got fired or quit. Usually for the same reasons. They stood up for themselves or got fed up with the bullshit. Atleast 10 people i know that i worked with. My store was especially bad we had 5-6 manager in a 10 year period on nights because the company was so horrible.
