Completely lost interest

I've spent over 6 years working for the same company. I started at the bottom and reached everything I could, there's no possibility to learn new skills or rank higher within the company, so I learned new skills on my own and reduced my hours to part-time so I can progress in my new career path doing side gigs. I don't make enough money with my side gigs yet, so I need to keep this job. However, it gets harder to perform even the smallest tasks, as I completely lost interest. Nothing motivates me. I work remotely, so I have very little interaction with my coworkers, there are no benefits (other than getting a regular salary), I get (under)paid hourly and never get paid time off, no compensation for equipment, no health insurance, nothing. It's not easy to change jobs in the remote world with my very specific skill set…

It's not easy to change jobs in the remote world with my very specific skill set and I don't even want to find a job in a traditional sense. I'm trying to build a clientele for my new career path and I feel like I am losing time and money still working for this company. Yet I can't afford leaving it.

I just need some advice on how to still perform well while completely burned out. :/
