So I literally was just hired at a company as a baker and finished trianing and went onto the floor after talking to another employee I was informed 2 other people were hired to do the same thing and told the same thing but ended up getting stuck in another department. I was told I would be lucky if I ever got to touch any baked stuff and that they had only just in the past few months started doing it after a year because the other person got tired of being treated like shit from the department lead and walked out. I am very frustrated because I do not want to do the other department if I did I would have applied to do it. This is my first job post pandemic and I have such bad social anxiety and don't want to be there anyway and I just don't know if I should leave or not
