I am sitting in a meeting about our new annual review process since a few companies merged. Our review process now includes how we demonstrate company culture. GROSS. Companies are really pushing this culture crap. I get having a nice place to work but I prefer my work to reflect the value I add not if I am a cheerleader and ra ra. Anyone, else starting to see this?
