Need help with workplace laws on pest/herbicide applications

I wasn't sure where else to post this so, here we go. My employer is trying to get us to spray herbicide on this landscaping Contract. I'm a resident of GA. None of us are licensed The sprayer is a 25 Gal tank on the back of a cart. when she first brought it on site I asked where we would do the rinse-aid, she said, “oh, we dont do that.” They added water and one of my coworkers got the resulting foam all over his hands like it was no big deal (Again we have no idea what is in the tank.) I voiced my concern and she responded, this stuff is harmless youll be fine.

Now, i've worked on sites that had proper mix up stations and proper PPE. I'm not sure what i should do here. I Feel like i need to report this to the proper agency. If anyone has any experience doing this and how those agencies might respond some advice would really be helpful.
I wanna do something before someone goes out and sprays and catches a full drift of this stuff. The guys I work with are seriously under educated on this stuff.
