Should I quit as soon as I get an offer?

I hate my job. Split days off, manager just went on paternity leave, my 8 hr day I was offered in hiring 10 months ago turned out to be MANDATORY 9 hours, and now with short staffing I’m working TEN. My coworkers are lovely people. I want to quit as soon as I get an offer and take two weeks off. Am I an asshole if I do that to my coworkers? I do really like them. The company is SHIT. Small nepotism company. All friends who are lazy fucks and drink the koolaid. I told them I am burnt out and need 2 days in a row off. Guy who I trained got two days off, then quit. I wasn’t offered his schedule and told two days off is “impossible.” Other coworker got her schedule changed, she had two days off. I cannot get this schedule for whatever reason,…

I cannot get this schedule for whatever reason, even though she and I are the only two official employees at this location. Should I/Can I just quit when I have a new official offer?
