I owe >$130 on a workman’s comp visit.

Back story I used to work for a funeral home. Back in January I helped carry a metal casket (200lb) up a flight of stairs. In the process pulling multiple muscles and developing muscle spasms in my back. The same day I had to leave work early and go to urgent care to figure it out. My manager never filed out the paperwork on his end even though I asked over 10 times while I was still with the company. I even had given him a copy of my medical papers from the visit so he had the information to finish it when he had the chance. (Not the worst thing that the manager did while I was there.) Today I just got a bill in the mail for over $130 from the urgent care. Most of the visit has been paid for by the workman's comp. But I mainly have no idea what to do now though. I just know I don't have the funds for this and the due date on the bill is 10/06/2022.
