I will never understand why we all collectively accept to login and prepare our slow computers for minutes before we are paid. They're not updating their equipment because we will take unpaid time to painstakingly login. I notice this more prominently in call centres too. I want to hear all your stories of being forced to do unpaid work just to start working, I'm sure some will be worse than mine!
