I just got a factory job and the staffing company that hired me insists I send them 3 references with phone numbers or they “can't complete my onboarding”
I have never fucking heard of this before and I left my last 3 jobs on a bad note so I have no positive references with relevant work experience. Why the hell would I give them anything in that case. Is it even legal for them to deny me employment based on lack of references? I'm honestly pissed. It's not mattered for a single fucking job I've had before why does it matter now? I just want to tell them to leave me the fuck alone and let me start work
