Part time deserves the exact same benefits as full time IMO On an hour for hour basis they do the same work. Equal as humans, equal as employees, reimbursement for giving up personal time should be equal. I feel the employee who can't work full time because they have a terminally sick newborn deserves health care just as much as the next human
