I amlooking to switch my current job to a higher-paying one. But every time I think about giving my notice, I literally feel sick because my work is currently swamped and my manager will be ducked for sure. And he has always been super nice to me. I can sure ask to match the new pay and stay with him, but won't it be like a betrayal/selfish?
