Absolutely fuming,had a huge argument on Thursday with the site alcoholic,things got heated we both said some stuff we probably shouldn’t of but he threatened me with a metal bar I didn’t retaliate as he’s a elderly man,went into work yesterday and was fired,tried to explain myself to site manager who replied I don’t care they work for me you don’t as I’m a agency worker!guy operates a remote crane and is constantly drunk fighting with everyone,I have pictures of him slumped over in his van drunk,site manager let him away with it as always,I have a huge amount of dirt on them I feel like being petty!
