I was wondering how you guys would run a business if you had one? Specifically how would you judge the worth of employees?
I’m currently running a small bathroom decor brand & only pay freelancers (who I pay around 4x per hour what their main job does) but that’s it. Whenever I’ve thought about hiring I always feel like it would result in me losing hold of my core values.
