It is not okay to work 40+ hrs a week and STILL not be able to provide for yourself. From this point forward, I am applying to only jobs that pay a living wage and will not accept any offers with shit pay like I have in the past. I deserve better. Why do companies believe that it's okay to not pay their employees decently when they make millions and billions, it is a disgrace.
