I don’t want to start a vaccination debate. We went almost two years with out getting it. My work doesn’t offer Covid leave anymore and was granted a personal leave to make sure my child wasn’t home alone. After I tossed a complete fit when they said I wasn’t Eligible for anything when I knew that wasn’t the case. I did everything right she stayed in her room I sanitized everything I got from her room wore a mask and I still shot positive two days in. Well I’m slated to go back to work on Monday. So “technically” I did my 5 day isolation. My son just shot a positive. He’s younger than my daughter. So I’ll probably be fired if my husband can’t get time off because there’s no way I’m leaving my 7 year old home alone. Then they took my remaining pto per the hand book and over drawn it so I’m in the negative now. Messages HR with zero response. Luckily I have a paper trail if they force me to pay it back. I notified them of the error.
