it’s disrespectful to ask for a doctor’s note, we aren’t children. heck and even then children are allowed to be sick

I always found it so offensive to ask that, especially because seeing the doctor isn't a cheap experience. Also, why are you giving a sick person a task? Let them lay there and not move.
