The real problem stems from two root causes. Some business literally cannot afford to pay staff more or hire more staff. If labour cost rise above profit a company goes out of business and everyone that works there loses a job. So as much as everyone here thinks all jobs should pay more some in fairness cannot afford to. But the reason they cannot afford to is problem two of the root causes; billionaires hoarding money! That money IS the economy that money IS supposed to circulate! By a minority hoarding the money and keeping it from the public it worsens the first problem I mentioned. The state of the world is not the fault of the workers but caused by the greed of the billionaires and it IS that simple.
