I'm in the process of switching jobs. The new one was very responsive, communicated quickly, etc. Others I applied to don't seem to understand that it's a worker's market. Several never contacted me. Two that did waited over a week… and I had the pleasure of sending them a response: “Thank you for your interest, but I have accepted another job offer.”
