my job recently said they couldn’t offer me a permanent position at the office after my 90 day period , but the weird thing is that they said theyll give me another 90 day period. that week before that we met all goals so everyone w a permanent position would get about a 1200 bonus add on to the check. i found out today that the only reason they did that is so i wouldnt get the bonus &’ so i wouldnt file for unemployment after they let me go. is redoing a 90 day period legal? ive been at this job for more that now &’ still not getting bonuses &’ get treated like crap everyday.
