Called out today and used a bad excuse, how do I get away with this?

Called in today saying I couldn’t make it because I had to take my son to the er when really I just had bad anxiety and didn’t wanna go. Manager is now asking me to provide a note from the er when I go in tomorrow afternoon please help !!
