I need a new job, mentally I'm done. The amounts of bullshit that happens and the amount of times the manager. Since I've started we've had about 15-18 people walk out and get hired. Including 2 head stock specialist.
Favouritism is rampant at the store level. My training was horrendous, They had 3 people to count shipment those days. And since then it's been only 1 person per shipment (3-8 skids/week).
Also they don't provide benefits to part time employees, will force Team leads to work 6-7 days straight, and the management will talk behind your back.
Please NEVER work for nespresso or nestle.
