right now im stuck in a prediciment and could use some hlep. So is an “on call” day legally a day off ? Cuz i have to have 2 days off work cuz they choose not to give me overtime. Yet im on call today and i worked 10 hrs yesterday with a coworker who literially does nothing. Im fatigued, exhausted and it feels like i pulled something in my back. I aint doin that today.
