How do I not let my managers negative attitude effect my at home life?

Basically I have a shitty manager who’s the type where nothing is ever good enough and really plus into his role of “authority”. The nature of my job has us in constant communication since we collab on projects and I am having a hard time not letting him effect my life once I clock out at 5. Even small comments are starting to get to me and ruin my days. For example, this morning he requested that I make a meeting with a client for a certain time on Wednesday. Then at the end of the day when we were reviewing are agenda for the week, he said “why did you request a meeting for this time when I’m already booked with a separate meeting at the same time?” And sounded frustrated and annoyed (as he often is. Frustrated and annoyed). And I just didn’t know what to say I was shocked. I feel like the blame is partially his fault since he specially requested I make that meeting? Anyways it’s small comments like that that ruin my night and give me anxiety for the next day. How can I stop this?
