Morning all, I’ll keep it short. Work for a decent sized public company. We’re required to (and I was hired knowing this) to be in-office for 2 days of the week.
I’ve been doing this for a little bit now. My work can be completely done remote. The days that I go in, there’s no more than 20 people in office at a time, and only 1 or 2 are coworkers. I have never had an in-person meeting with a single person on my team at the office.
What are options that I have to attempt to not go in with HR? It’s not the fact of being in-office, it’s the 90 minute commute and $44 per day parking that’s killing me.
