So I recently got hired into a transportation company. We haul almost everything. Now the problem is that they don't trust/train me. I came forward about having adhd which I didn't need to do so since it only affects me when I have to concentrate one something difficult. Which I can easily do when I wear some noise cancel headphones. But the work isn't difficult or challenging me.
I've mentioned it every single week but to no help. I have about 1,5 effective workhours and it mostly consists of checking our planners work.
I noticed that they send dangerous goods by boat quite a lot. Without the proper authorisation and approval of the ferry. They will simply hide the dangerous goods between other pallets. So when they do a small check they can't see it.
I have mentioned it 4 times now that it is unacceptable to do so but they just won't listen to me. So we are constantly at a huge risk of losing our certifications.
I've already decided that I'm going to quit in the upcoming months. But it's a international company and i kinda wanna get word out to other branches of our company.
Is there a way for me to send this to the safety officers in other countries without them knowing it was me and getting a potential lawsuit on my ass?
