Dumb question, but would like some feedback.

I work at a [retail bakery position], I generally close and my schedule has me marked to finish my shift at 9:15 pm. Having everything done by 9:15 is rare, so it usually takes me until 9:30 or a little after to finish up. Depending on the manager that is also closing that night, they'll come over and briefly check it out before clearing me to go. Others will nitpick every single little thing and micromanage the hell out of me. An example would be them asking me to wipe out the crumb trey after I already dumped it (nothing else is getting out of it unless I pry my nails into the metal to get it out.) Then I leave at 10:30 on those nights and get home at about 11. This is only a part time job that I do for some pocket money while I internship elsewhere.…

I make $15 dollars an hour and work by myself for at least six hours each night. I'm not a fucking team of people that can do every minute task perfectly while still dealing with customers, cutting bread, taking cake orders, decorating, and deep cleaning. 9:15 is a fucking pipe dream.

What's stopping me from letting myself out at 9:15 besides making sure someone locks the door behind me?
