I learned that my pay is unfair for the job I do, compared to people at my company, at other companies, and according to PayScale I’m paid less than 83% of people like me.
I did a poor job advocating for myself in April but I didn’t do enough research prior and I should have, that’s on me. But not only that, literally everyone else has 3 weeks vacation and I have only 2.
I’m basically paid less than people who do my exact job at my exact company. I have over a decade of experience. I need to improve my situation, ideally without changing employers. I’ve never had seniority ever, I can’t keep job hopping.
What can I do?
