Hello everyone. I am 25 and got out of the military last year with 90% disability (2200$) a month. I work as security in a dispensary in Missouri making 17.50$ an hour while I bet my bosses get paid 40$+ off of me… I hate putting in long hours for someone else to make most the profit.
I’m heavily considering bringing that 2200$ a month of passive income to another country where 2200$ goes far, and not working at all. Our work environment is so unfair and toxic in the US.
Sure my job is easy and pays decent for the area but I’ve been here over a year with no raise or appreciation at all. Reasoning being “starting at such a high rate”. Am I the only one fed up and considering Mexico, Portugal, Anywhere but here?
