My boss got rid of chairs in our t shirt factory today, running the conveyor belt standing up is one thing, but he expects us to hunch over a waist high table putting tags on shirts all day, it's only been three hours and my back is already giving out. On top of the pay disparity our Hispanic employees face, this is the straw breaking the camel's back, I'm definitely quitting next paycheck. I wanna be petty though.
Bossman leaves about an hour after I arrive, I know I'd get fired on the spot, but would it be illegal for me to move the chair from his office onto the factory floor to sit in? I don't want to face any fines or jailtime but I think it'd be a fun little mean spirited prank
