I have been a nurse (LPN) for over 20 years. I've worked as a residential aid in group homes, worked as a PCT. Basically I've taken care of people about 40 years. I'm not old enough to retire. Just lost my job of over a decade. Patients/clients aren't the hard part. I mean they can be but for me the overwhelming soul sucking aspect is management. I'm in such a dark place right now. Any other nurses out there that just can't any more?
