Microsoft Tells Companies to “Re-Recruit” Employees to Their Positions

I may just be paranoid from reading too much r/antiwork but this article gives me big brother vibes, as I’m sure many CEOs and medium sized business owners might just accept Microsoft at their word. As many other issues illuminate a lack of education amongst the masses, and a lack of understanding history, back in the 20s, Hitler was empowered by “science” of eugenics. This, hyper-capitalism may not be leveraging overt racism but instead a “lack of productivity” based on mass statistics is just as dangerous. Not everyone has the same job, and no two people work in the same manner to apply possibly dangerous precedents to force “re-recruiting”. “But what you’re really doing is interviewing for your own job” – “Office Space”
