For light purposes I will be brief I work for a warehouse and my hours are 3pm to completion we were told yesterday it's a easy night xxxxx amount of cases alot of the stuff we were out of so it dropped pretty quickly but my boss decided to take the veteran guys out and leave the 3 new hires including myself and one other person that has been there for 4 more or so to do the rest of the cases well the 6 hour shift that was easy turned into 15 and a half hours I was burnt out they kept adding more cases as the night goes on and ultimately I want to quit but I can't cause of bills but I also can't leave as they're policy is to give you a point for every hour the team keeps picking after you leave can anyone give me any advice it's only Thursday and I'm already past 40 hours and into overtime I'm at my breaking point.
