I posted this to r/work and got no responses so maybe you guys can help me out a bit:
Hey all,
Firstly, is this common?
I've used some UPTO this year and I'm planning on leaving the company soon. It hasn't registered until now that none of my paychecks have been short, only to find out because they plan on taking it out of my last paycheck at the end of the year.
I'm seriously considering leaving the day of my paycheck and telling the bank my account has been compromised.
I just need some help navigating this because I won't have the money to spare if they come asking because of how poorly they pay me. This was also never really discussed with me by management. Thoughts?
