Antiwork is working for my company

I've recently joined a company that had everyone of their workers quit besides 1 guy that managed to turn the ship around. That one guy left standing stood up and told the management that people aren't being paid enough for their work, they don't like working long hours for so little and basically a lot of the points many people on here. So far they've joined a union, cut hours to 4 10 hour shifts a week, our pay has gone up by a staggering 42% and people are valued here because they know what happens when they go unappreciated. The company has been doing incredibly well under this because people are motivated, I personally feel that my hard work actually goes to my own best interest. This fight is worth fighting, the pay off of getting near what our value should be due to inflation is worth it. I've…

This fight is worth fighting, the pay off of getting near what our value should be due to inflation is worth it. I've never felt more fulfilled in a job. So much so that I'm actually excited to go back to work tomorrow
