For context, this workplace is located in California (Bay Area) and it's called Edible Arrangements. I'm asking this on behalf of a friend who used to receive unsolicited sexual advances from the manager when they used to work there. They weren't the only ones to receive these types of advancements. Minors who worked there had told my friend that they had been hit on by the manager before. On top of that, the manager (36), had been in a relationship with her assistant manager (19) as this behavior occurred. My friend has now left the place because of said behavior, unfair distribution of labor, and other negative behavior from the manager. They called the company's management however they were given a phone number they believe pertains to the manager they're attempting to report. As of recently, they have been receiving crude text messages from an unknown number alongside another coworker who left.
