Help I need advice

So I work for GPM investments as a gas station clerk and was today told by my district manager that I am not allowed to refuse service based on someone having a swastika tattoo because that's discrimination though as far as I can tell Nazis are not legally protected class and therefore cannot illegally be discriminated against anyone have any legal precedent I can look at to get a feel where legally I'm allowed to draw that line
