is there anything i could do in this situation?

so like my job has been fucking up ppls schedules for like weeks now. we have this thing called a “labor percentage” n we can’t go over a certain percentage. i recently got scheduled for only one day this week when i usually work 3 days a week. should i bring the attention to my manager or smth? also the schedule for the next few weeks hasn’t been posted yet
