HR f!cked up and wants to blame me for it

Located in EU-ROI, for an international, well known talent acquisition website. So I stayed home from may until September with burnout, depression, because I couldn't handle the info dump I got during training, the lack of internal structure (e.g. a knowledge base) and a colleague who was frankly said an utterly b!tch because I asked her too many questions (she was my POC). Yay autism. In August they made me talk to the company doctor, and then HR contacted me a few weeks later to basically steamroll me into returning to work in September. They talked about how they extended my probation, what goals to meet, what training I could follow…. So I returned to work, even though I had not received any info from the company doctor.

Come end of September, get pulled into a meeting with HR to discuss how my return to work is going. She then proceeds to tell me that she didn't have access to the doctor's assessment until that week (19th) and that they had actually NOT deemed me fit to return to work.

She then starts pushing me saying how maybe this line of work isn't for me, maybe I should try something without so many deadlines,… before telling me to log off and that they (HR) will be in touch with a new company doctor appointment.

So I've been sat at home, no income due to reasons, waiting for an email, nothing…
Contact my manager last week, he says he'll check with HR, nothing…
So I login this morning and I see they tried to have me sign a document since the 26th of September, in which I agree to have my probation extended to the 25th of November as “agreed” upon in August…

In other words, trying to cover up their tracks because one of them dropped the ball really badly on my case and forgot to check/send documents.
