I'm about to leave my company after I was treated in a not really friendly way (I have bene gaslit into thinking I'm damaging the company a big deal by leaving, and the sort of quiet fired), for which I'm actually losing some money.
Now, this company is a multi-national reality with a whistleblower service, that employees can use to report bad practices and other compliances.
I was thinking about reporting what happened to me using this service, but of course I'm afraid for any potential retaliation.
Do you think this is a viable option or should I be worried?
