Need legal help. Been working at job fulltime for 5+ months, only had access to one day of PTO and 0 vacation.

My question is, can I take legal action for this? It doesnt seem fair or legal to me, but I dont know. The other people at my job were taking vacations left and right during the summer, meanwhile im here for a long time and theyre refusing to offer me any. ​ For context, Ive posted here before about similar shady practices at my job. I work at an animal hospital in NY in kennel. Im underpaid, overworked and we are understaffed in this role but they dont wanna hire new people. I would like a new job, but most of my experience is animal care. I would not do well working fast food or retail, as ive gotten fired for screaming at customers when they provoked me and got in my face. Im not really mentally capable of doing those jobs due to trauma and theres not much else…
