I've been at my job for 10 months and in that whole time have accrued about 33 sick hours. Every 30 hours worked = 1 hour of sick pay. I used 20 hours a few months ago when I was extremely broke and today I requested the 13 I have now. I feel like I'm drowning lately. My dog needed some vet appointments, now I need some dental work, then there's just the monthly costs of food, bills, etc. I still have to pay off about $1200 on 2 credit cards. I'm currently making like $200-500 per week. It's so stressful I'm just overwhelmed.
