I’ve done everything my job told me to do. Made friends with people inside and thought my manager was a nice person.
I’ve never been told I was a bad employee or barely any feedback. Manager decides to take month off annual leave and leaves me alone managing everything myself. Even came in on weekends to fix things.
She got back and Got told I wasn’t good enough and that they would let me go. They put on a smiling face the whole time I was there. I saw the signs, was a very high turn over rate but I enjoyed my job. After seeing how they thought of me I think it’s best I left.
