Can someone direct me to Labor Law info for TX? I have several questions about unethical practices :/

Hello guys, I've got some questions regarding TX labor law. I've recently started a new job and we are told to log out for restroom breaks and we are only paid for the time spent working. This means if we have system issues, we are considered “late” and we are unpaid for the time even if it's not our fault. We also don't accrue PTO/UTO for the time we are not working (example, PC is down). Finally, we are charged by the job and have our paychecks deducted for errors on the job. We are not paid for the time spent loading up our systems, and we are told to arrive 20 minutes early before our shift, as well as arrive 5 minutes before lunch to load our systems. If the systems went down, we must use our break time to fix them. Is this legal? Is it normal? We…

We do get 10 minute breaks – and I am aware breaks are not required by TX state law.
